Parking	150 parking spaces on the center campus plus overflow parking at Logan Farm Park.
Catering	Tanyard Creek Overlook offers a wide range of approved catering options including our in-house caterer, Avenue Catering. All alcohol is provided through Complete Beverage Systems.
Audio/Visual	Tanyard Creek Overlook (TCO) has an A/V system that includes two large, corner set, drop-down screens with projection. Access via hdmi cable with your personal laptop or smart device. Two additional 70” TV’s are available for presentations as well. The system also includes a wireless microphone system with built in speakers, two wireless microphones, and two lapel microphones. Located in the pre-function space, TCO offers up to four TV’s that can be used for simple welcome signs, conference schedules, photo slideshows, sponsor thank yous, or advertisements.
Event Planning	The City of Acworth has a dynamic team, led by Assistant Director, Neely Motiejunas, to assist in the planning of your perfect event!

Rental Rates

Definitions	“Evening Functions” Are defined as any event taking place after 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday Daytime	$300 per hour for the entire space with a two (2) hour minimum. $200 per hour for divided space with a two (2) hour minimum.
Monday through Thursday Evening	$2,000 for the entire space.
Friday Evening, Saturday Daytime, and Sunday Anytime	$2,500 for entire space.
Saturday Evening	$3,000 for entire space.
Included in Rental Fee	Tables, chairs, set-up and breakdown, and planning assistance.
Additional Fees (City-Owned Equipment)	Staging can be rented for $500 and an 18’x18′ dance floor for $400; linens and protective overlays for $750 up to 200 people; over 200 people for $950 (charcoal or champagne base linens available with black, white, or ivory overlays).
